    • Set up ASBC followed by Hospitality set up

Tuesday 2nd July

  • 06:00: Gates open

  • By 18:00: All teams asked to vacate pit garages

TIMETABLE

  • 08:00: Registration & wristband collection opens from Venue Office

  • 08:00: Noise Testing

  • 09:00: Morning Session Open Pit Lane

  • 12:30: Lunch break

  • 13:30: Afternoon Session Open Pit Lane

  • 17:00: Track Closes

  • 18:00: Vacate venue no later than 18:00 please


DRIVER REGISTRATION

·       All drivers must register online before arriving at the circuit, preferably by the end of day on 01 July, using the link below

·       On 2 July, from 08:00 onwards, all drivers must collect their wristband from the Venue Office

·       All drivers must present their current valid race licence when collecting wristband


We are delighted that Sunoco Race Fuels are our official fuel supplier for all 2024 Greystone GT High-Performance Test Days and will be on-site at the track.

Fuel available by pre order only.

  • Please pre-order your race fuels following the below link

  • A limited amount of Sunoco CFR spare fuel will be available in 50 and 200 L drums at the event.

  • Unopened drums can be returned at the test for full refund

  • Empty drums will be picked up by Sunoco staff at the end of the day


FUEL PUMPS & GENERAL REFUELLING INFO

  • Fuel station will be open all day, once noise testing is complete ,

  • Station closes 15 minutes prior to lunch break and reopens 15 minutes prior to afternoon session


TYRES

Protyre will be supporting this test day with tyre sales & fitting. Tyres must be ordered in advance, please contact Protyre directly before

As the set up time is later on Monday, please try to be prepared with tyres for Tuesday morning to avoid delayed starts.

NOISE LIMITS

  • 114dB static

  • Noise testing will take place at 8am

  • Breakfast and lunch available from Tyrells cafe: open from 7:30am



LIVE TIMING - TSL

We have arranged for TSL to provide a live timing service for this test day. Please submit your vehicle, driver, & transponder details in advance to louise.osborne@greystonegt.com


TEAM UNIFORM

Please wear full Greystone GT kit:

  • Black Trousers

  • Black Adidas Trainers (clean please)

  • Black Trainer Socks

Travel Kit: Casual clothing, team kit not required

Team kit MUST be kept in clean and presentable condition at all times. If you require any replacement kit at any stage of the season please let Louise know ASAP (louise.osborne@greystonegt.com) and you will be provided with replacements.


HEALTH & SAFETY

  • All drivers & passengers must read and sign the indemnity, before obtaining a wristband and accessing the track. Race licence must be shown when collecting a wristband

  • One on-site paramedic in a fast response unit and a paramedic with an ambulance

  • Fire tenders with one crew member

  • Rescue Unit

  • Two Safety Team in Race Control

  • Recovery Unit

  • Track Liaison Officer

  • All attendees must be over 16 years of age
