Greystone GT Team Endurance karting event - summer 2024
THURSDAY 1st AUGUST- whilton mill kart circuit
INVITATION
To thank all of our staff, race team drivers, commercial partners, suppliers and regular contractors, for your hard work and support during the year so far, Greystone GT are holding a BBQ and kart racing afternoon at Whilton Mill on Thursday 1st August.
Your place is confirmed and we look forward to seeing some friendly competition on the track. Drivers are grouped into teams of two per kart, the racing will be in an endurance format with driver changes - see below to find out who your are teamed-up with.
Having received all the RSVPs we have now submitted all driver names to Whilton Mill so it’s really important to us that you don’t cancel, we really look forward to seeing you there, should be a fun day all round.

Timings
14:00: Arrival
14:10: Suits & helmets fitting
14:20: Safety briefing
14:30: 5 minute practice per driver
15:00: 60 minute team endurance race
16:00 Race finishes
16:15: Photographs podium presentation
16:30: BBQ & Drinks
TEAMS
The karting will involve a 60-minute endurance race, with drivers being grouped into teams of two per kart. We have selected teams at random, full details are shown below.
CLOTHING & KIT
Please bring your drivers kit if you have your own (suit, gloves, boots, helmet, etc).
If you don’t have any drivers kit then Whilton Mill will provide all the kit you will require, you just need to wear comfortable shoes.
