  • Please bring all uniform you currently have, do let us know ASAP if you are missing any items and if so order some more ASAP using the link below

    (note, we have to order uniform when required and it can take weeks so please do think ahead where possible)

  • Staff are responsible for ensuring their kit is in good condition and clean for events. If replacement items needed, please let us know well in advance.

STAFF CODE OF CONDUCT

Please remember to:

  • Be polite at all times

  • Use the PPE provided

  • Speak to potential customers as you wish to be spoken to

  • No smoking in front of guests or whilst on duty

  • Do not look for future business or sponsorship opportunities or give out your personal details for this purpose

  • Keep hydrated – very important if the weather is hot

  • Please take any personal mobile phone calls or conversations in a private and non-customer facing area
